Pumpkin Oatmeal Bread

  • 1/2 cup to a cup of water (depending on how wet the pumpkin is)
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup whole oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 t cloves
  • 1/4 t cardamom
  • 1/4 t ginger
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Cook on Cake setting
