100% Whole Wheat Bread with Maple Syrup

Ingredients for Bread Machine:

1 and 7/8 c. Water (updated--see comments)
5 c Whole Wheat Flour
2T and 2t Maple Syrup
2T Dry Milk
2t Salt
4T Wheat Gluten
1T Wheat Germ
2T Butter
2t Active Dry Yeast

Lighter than some whole wheat breads.

So, it came out a little rough. Didn't blend that well. Trying this correction today:

2T, 2t of Maple Syrup
1 7/8c. Water.

We'll see!
