1 tongue
1 bouillon cube
1 onion
6 shallots
6 garlic closes
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoons pepper (hot/black/white, whatevs)
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon cloves (if you live them)
Cover with water and cook 6-8 hours on low in a crock pot.
Remove the tounge.
Removed the outer layer (should be easy if cooked) and chop it up.
Makes good meat for tacos or with beans and cabbage!
