100% Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
On Dough Setting, put in:
1 and 1/4 c. Water
2 T Oil
2 T Honey
2 T Molasses
1 and 1/2 t Salt
4 c Whole Wheat Flour
1 T Yeast.
--Later: Butter and Sesame Seeds
After the dough is ready, preheat to 375.
Place dough onto a well floured surface. Separate it into 9 balls (cut it into thirds with a pizza cutter, then cut it into thirds again). Let the balls rise for 20 minutes. Hit them with a butter wash (use pastry brush and brush on melted butter. If no pastry brush available, just use your hands). Sprinkle on some sesame seeds.
Bake for 15-20 minutes on 375.
You can also use these as dinner rolls, if you cut them smaller (12-15 balls).
Next time I make them, I'll try and remember to add a picture. Enjoy!

This Blog
So, the reason I created this blog was the dearth of 100% whole wheat bread recipes for the bread machine that I could find in cookbooks. So my goal is to try out different bread recipes and share/compile them here.
Hope you enjoy.
