100% Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

In Bread Machine, on Dough Setting

1 1/2 cups Water
1 T Oil
3 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 T Vital Wheat Gluten
1 t Sugar
1 t Salt
1 T Active Dry Yeast

Cook at 500 degrees. Either form, precook for 6 minutes, dress and cook, or just cook until done.

This came out pretty good. Was a little doughier than some whole wheat, but not the same doughiness of white crusts. Maybe next time I'll try a little more wheat gluten.
